I'll be honest I have family that has been in coaching and I have coached youth sports before and if any player ever ate food like that on the sideline I'd not be real excited about it from a coaches view point. His excuse about not eating because he was busy and he was sick is a little ridiculous. If a player has an illness they would give him IV's or get him an energy bar or something of that nature not a hot dog. It really isnt a big deal but I garauntee you he wouldnt have done that in the Super Bowl or during a close game. If the game was close he would be studying photos of the defense or talking to coaches. His apology is trying to save him from a severe beating the next time they play the Raiders and because he got caught. And you better be sure the Jets would've had fluids and food in him prior to the game if he was that sick. I wonder if he threw 6 interceptions last week because he had mustard residue on his fingers.
