Thanks so much for your response. Is your name really John Smith? If not, I understand you wanting to protect it here. Regardless, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Things like this should NEVER happen. I can't say I agree with your decision to not leave a tip. That is not the server's call... but I am glad that you apologized. I try to leave 15-20% no matter where I go, regardless of service. I make it a point to tell a manager, no matter what went wrong.

Again, thank you for your time and attention to this. I appreciate the feedback!

I was in Indianapolis at the 4901 E. 82nd Street location. We were 6 people who arrived about 4pm, ate & drank until 6pm when the Husker/Ohio State game came on in the main (center dining room). Long story short, they would not turn the game sound on. 80's retro music (by imitation artists) was getting louder & louder. I look around and do not see a dance floor, only 25 TV's with nothing on but sports... Another table also requested the sound... We left without any tip on an $86 tab, for which I apologized to the waitress for. We had no other way of expressing our displeasure. I told her that her manager owed her the tip. My only reason for this feedback is to request that that happen.

I visited the Omaha location (120 & Dodge) to inquire if that was corporate policy and was told that it was, however, I couldn’t be sure because the Fricken 80's retro music (by imitation artists) was blaring away. I also received a call from the district manager (303) 550-9492 who confirmed the existence of your “policy”.

I won’t be returning (mainly due to the LOUD music). Also, as you know, people rarely rave about good service, but they ALWAYS tell everyone about a bad one.

The only response that I’d like is to hear that you made good on the waitress’ tip.

Pretty cool that when you took it to corporate you got a good response because they care about repeat customers. Never been there but will have to go sometime.

Funny story. I got a hip card just by asking for one 4 years ago and again after losing the previous 2 weeks ago at the 146th street location. Goes to show ya that places are very inconsistent.

Ricky I'm glad you found the 146th St location. I have been there a few times and the staff there always greets me warmly and as if I go there all the time. Great location and very good food. Can I bum some of your half price hot honey wings?
