The arisen issue here is that of a United States citizen's freedom of speech being compromised, not whether or not the NBA has the right to kick a person out. If you found out that your 8 year-old daughter was writing mean things about you in her diary because you wouldn't get her a new puppy, would you kick her out of your house? Bottom line, the government is quickly getting way too involved in EVERYTHING! Before too long, the government is going to be monitoring what we do and say in our living rooms, they will be providing healthcare, transportation, and housing for those who do not deserve it, producing "Earth-friendly" vehicles that NOBODY wants to buy via the new and improved GM (Government Motors), and even telling us how many times to wipe after we poop...it will start and has started with the regulation of free speech...so be prepared to welcome "Big Brother" into your life, and by that I'm not referring to the show...

Mark Titus isn't that good in the first place. And just like it's his right to blog, it's also the NBA's right to kick him out for whatever their reasoning. If one chooses to criticize their future employer, they should also accept whatever repercussion(s) follow. Honestly, as an employer, would you want a loose canon representing you?
